Its mission is to contribute to solving one of the great problems of our society: The great mismatch between the supply and demand for work. To do this, we help companies find the right people to improve their organizational performance and, on the other hand, we help people looking for a job that meets their expectations. In addition to recruiting services, our company offers a comprehensive Human Resources consulting service to achieve a more attractive, safe and efficient work environment: Analysis of organizational culture, training and skills development, talent management, analysis and job description of work, study of work environment and job satisfaction, analysis of organizational culture, as well as business coaching services.
Trilemma was founded in 2019 with the aim of offering businesses consulting services of excellence that resulted in an improvement of their people management, processes and operating results.
Its CEO and founder, Álvaro Nicolás Agustín, started from zero and, thanks to his previous experience as an employee in HR departments of different multinational companies, steadily raised what today is a reference firm for first-class organizations worldwide, as well as a valuable alternative in the recruiting sector.
Born in Murcia, Spain, Trilemma now works in cooperation with several companies included in the region's Top-15 organizations by income. Its strategic plan includes to keep growing in volume while guaranteeing a high quality of service in the offered solutions of recruitment services for both technical and qualified positions to all companies types, including startups and big corporations, both in Spain and abroad.
For these reasons, Trilemma reflects an international vocation and a local mode of operation.
